He delves into: ✅ Becoming a Vessel for Honor Spiritual Preparation: Pastor Kear explains that readiness for ministry is a continual process, not a destination. He stresses the non-negotiable disciplines of daily prayer and time in the Word, reminding leaders, "You can't pour out what hasn't been poured in". Sanctification & Holiness: He highlights that God uses clean vessels and that private holiness must precede public usefulness. Knowledge of the Word: Leaders must be grounded in sound doctrine to avoid the dangers of being "all spirit" with no truth, or "all truth" with no Spirit. ❤️ The Heart of a Servant Posture over Position: The session challenges the common view of leadership, showing that its essence is the humble posture of a servant, as modeled by Christ.
